8-week Sworkit Challenges to Lose Weight, Build Muscle, Boost Energy… and count your steps!
Fitness Challenge Dates: January 1 – February 25, 2023
How It Works: Sworkit members are invited to participate in an 8-week challenge to help them reach their health and wellness goals in 2023.
The 8-week fitness challenge plans have been thoughtfully designed by our Sworkit Trainers. Members may choose their plan based on individual goals: Lose Weight, Build Muscle, Boost Energy, and Sworkit Steps.
Throughout the challenge, individuals will be given five workouts to complete each week. Each workout will include timing guidance based on your fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced). As always, you can customize your workout timing based on your personal needs.
We invite challenge participants to join the Sworkit Facebook community (https://www.facebook.com/groups/sworkit) for additional community support and accountability. Trainer tips will also be shared in weekly email updates to help you stay motivated and on track.
