Stand up straight and look straight in front of you with your head set back on top of your shoulders. Let your arms relax and just hang down by your sides. Then use your trapezius muscles between your shoudlers and your neck to shrug your shoulder up towards your ears. Then relax and lower your shoulders down and repeat.
