8-Week Sworkit Transformation Challenge

How It Works

This is a 8-week transformation challenge for Sworkit members. This challenge is focused on building and maintaining healthy habits to live well. A support group comes with this challenge as well as accountability cheerleaders.

Why do this challenge? This is for people that want to get in the best shape of their lives and need that extra push to just do it. Sworkit lives the no-excuse mantra and with the support of a community that will pick you up when you don’t think you can do it, you’ll find it easy to get in the best shape of your life. The 8 weeks will push you to start small with just 5-10 minute Sworkouts a day and build at your own speed. The key here is to remember that consistency is what matters and we’ll help support you to get there.

How to Enter the Challenge

Sign Up

First, all you need to do is enter your email address so that we can verify your Sworkit account. If you have an account with Sworkit we'll send you step two. If you're not a Sworkit member we'll ask you sign up first.

Get Access

Check your email for your onboarding items including how to submit your before photos and measurements, access to courses, trainers, the Sworkit Community, and lots more. You'll also have time to chat with one of our trainers to pick the best training program for you.

Swork out!

Get ready to get in the best shape of your life. We'll give you all the tools to eliminate your excuses, find support, and get exercise into your day quickly without overthinking it.

    Challenge Registration Open

    Be sure to join the Facebook Community asap to get additional info and tips of how to prepare and to meet other Sworkiteers. Our members are all over the world and are always ready to root for a fellow Sworkiteer. It’s a great place to make new fitness friends and you may even find a workout buddy in your neighborhood. To join the Facebook Community, be sure to answer all three questions. To be accepted into the Facebook group you must have a Sworkit account that’s registered with us.

  • Jan 1 – Jan 10

    Before Photo Submission

    To be eligible to win one of the prizes, you must submit your before photos before January 10 11:59 pm ET. Details on how to take your before photos are a part of the “measurement matters” course. You’ll receive an email on where to submit your before photo.

  • Jan 14 – Mar 10

    Let’s Swork!

    It’s time to put in the work! Sworkit has multiple workout programs to follow along to. You can either follow the leaner, fitter, stronger plans or follow the monthly challenges. Based on your choice, you’ll follow that program.

  • Mar 1 – Mar 11

    Final Submission Period

    The Transformation Challenge officially ends March 11 at 11:59 pm ET – So MAKE SURE to get your After pictures taken and submitted – along with your Before pictures – by this date.

    After March 10, we’ll close down the contest for submissions and our judges will begin going through each challenge entry. It’s a tough job, so we’re allowing a full week to get through everyone’s submission.

  • Week of March 15

    Announce Winners

    All winners will be announced on social media pages and via the newsletter.
